Shweta comes in with 8 years of rich, diverse experience as a PoSH consultant. By qualification, she is LLB, LLM and an MBA from premium institutions of the country. She is a social activist by heart.

She has been a change agent, innovator & social entrepreneur with proficiency in working towards building consciousness and awareness on issues like sexual harassment, education, health & hygiene, and other critical issues related to youth and women.

She has worked across many corporates in Mumbai establishing group dynamics and breaking gender stereotypes.

She has vast experience in designing & conducting tailored awareness programs and trainings, ensuring that these initiatives are aligned with the institutional goals and culture.
